None Excel Add-in for NetSuite Excel Add-in for NetSuite is a part of Excel import and export add-ins package. NetSuite is business software suite based in cloud. By using this Excel add-in, you can import the data from NetSuite to Excel, process it, and also save it back to NetSuite.
For establishing a connection with NetSuite, you must provide a few connection parameters, such as account id, application id, user id and password, and you can also set a few other connection parameters as well. You can also test, if the connection is working.
After NetSuite and Excel had successfully connected, you can start with data import. Import is done with the Import Wizard, where you can select different objects for import, define filters and set ordering, and also use SQL statements. You can also preview the data before making the import.
After the data has been imported to Excel, you can start using all of the Excel's capabilities to analyze the data, create Graphs and similar. Data can be also edited in Excel, and exported back to NetSuite. And, added Rollback button allows you to discard changes to NetSuite, in case you made a mistake.
You can refresh the data from NetSuite at any time. Also, any changes you make to the data are highlighted and validated. Furthermore, there are also a few options you can set, such as cell coloring, and similar.
